We work with your architect (or recommend one of our trusted partners) to produce permit-ready drawings, manage the application with the Jávea ayuntamiento, and execute the build using traditional Mediterranean masonry techniques alongside modern structural engineering. Our team has decades of combined experience matching original terracotta roofing, lime-render finishes, and stonework.
Project Timeline
Permit applications typically take 6–12 weeks; structural work 8–16 weeks depending on size; finishes 4–8 weeks. We provide a detailed Gantt chart at proposal stage and weekly progress updates throughout.
