What We Do
Andrei Build delivers complete kitchen and bathroom renovations across Jávea and the wider Costa Blanca. Every project starts with on-site measurement and a detailed design proposal — no two homes are identical, and no two renovations should be either.
We specialise in bespoke plumbing integration, high-end fixture installation, and the seamless material transitions that distinguish a craftsman renovation from an off-the-shelf job. Our installations are certified to EU waterproofing standards and built to last in the salt-air climate of the Mediterranean coast.
Materials We Work With
Large-format porcelain, natural stone (travertine, marble, limestone), full-body ceramic tile, hand-glazed zellige, terrazzo, and concrete microcement. We source primarily from Spanish and Italian manufacturers — Saloni, Porcelanosa, Marazzi, Florim — and can specify to UK or EU certification as required.
